Wedding and Milestone Celebrations:
Weddings and milestone celebrations are joyful occasions for the whole family, including the youngest guests. Blooprint Imaginative Play™ offers a dedicated children's play experience at weddings, anniversary parties, and milestone celebrations, giving little ones their own magical corner of the event while the adults celebrate freely. Our wedding and milestone packages are customized to complement your event's theme and keep children engaged, supervised, and joyful from ceremony to reception.
Booking & Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. For custom packages, a planning call is scheduled within 48 hours of your inquiry to discuss your vision, timeline, and any specific requirements. We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event date to ensure availability and allow adequate time for custom planning. For large-scale or multi-session events, earlier is always better. All vendor documentation, including certificate of insurance, W-9, and Capability Statement, is available upon request and can be provided to your procurement team within 24 hours.
FAQ Section:
Can you accommodate large corporate events with hundreds of children? Absolutely. For events larger than our standard packages, we build a fully custom experience. Contact us directly, and we'll design a program that fits your headcount, venue, and goals.
Do you offer custom branding for corporate events? Yes. For our Custom Corporate Experience package, we can incorporate your company's branding, colors, and messaging into the CityScape backdrop and select materials. Contact us to discuss what's possible for your event.
Are you an approved diverse supplier? Yes. Blooprint Imaginative Play™ is WBENC-certified as a women-owned business. We can provide our certification documentation, W-9, certificate of insurance, and Capability Statement to support your vendor onboarding process.
How far in advance should we book? We recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks before your event for standard packages, and 6–8 weeks for custom experiences. High-demand dates, particularly spring events, Take Your Child to Work Day season, and November/December holiday parties, book quickly.
Do you travel outside Metro Atlanta? We are based in Metro Atlanta and primarily serve the Metro area. For events outside our standard service area, contact us for availability and travel pricing.
Can Blooprint provide programming at our office location? Yes. We come to you, your office, your venue, or any space you designate. We are fully self-contained and can set up in conference rooms, lobbies, outdoor spaces, and event halls.
